Production Manager, Operations Management, Production QC/QA

Sustainability is at the core of our business, and we’re looking for a Production Supervisor (Shift) to help lead our team in (City, State). The role is onsite each day, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Monitor and coordinate daily operations of a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment.
- Partner with department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.
- Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.
- Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
- Communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.
- Engage in training, development, and foster positive employee relations.
- Adaptability – manage conflicting demands and shifting priorities.
- Coaching – guide and give feedback to production associates.
- Communication – convey updates and serve as link between leadership and production teams.
- Critical Thinking – evaluate alternative solutions during process improvements.
- Interpersonal Skills – collaborate with various supervisors and resolve conflicts.
- Leadership – guide teams to achieve production goals and motivate adherence to safety, quality, and cost targets.
- Problem Solving – identify issues and implement process improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills.
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate supportive team membership.
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $27.71. Compensation is tailored to factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
