About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company in Grand Rapids that produces high-quality components for aerospace, medical, commercial, and advanced manufacturing customers.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on, detailed work and has strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination, and a steady work ethic. You’ll help finish precision‑machined parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and small imperfections to meet quality standards.

Shifts Available
  • A Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM
  • B Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:30 AM
  • C Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform precision deburring and finishing on machined parts.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
  • Inspect parts visually for quality.
  • Use hand tools and basic finishing equipment.
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
What They’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in deburring, finishing, inspection, assembly, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good vision, hand‑eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and willing to learn.
