Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am - 10 hours of OT each week*
* **-    Day

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm - 10 hours of OT each week*

** What's a typical day as Grinder Machinist? You'll be:*
* -    Setting up and operating CNC grinding machines with precision and efficiency

-    Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

-    Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

-    Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measurement tools

-    Maintaining a clean and organized work area

-    Collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet production goals

-    Adhering to all company safety standards and protocols

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* -    Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)

-    Bring 2-5 years of experience operating CNC grinding equipment

-    Are skilled with measurement tools and quality control processes

-    Can read and interpret technical drawings

-    Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-    Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating in a team setting
