Primary responsibility is the production of quality parts while maintaining rate. Reads work instructions and follow oral instructions. 1st and 2nd Shift available. Hourly rate starts at $20.25.

• Load/unload metal hitches to a conveyor line to be painted.
• Read and follow process and work instructions.
• Perform jobs within the operation of assigned work area.
• Use Help Chain for equipment problems and scrap/quality issues.
• Follow IATF
  16949 requirements per standards.
• Follow ISO 14001 requirements per standards.
• Maintain 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in the assigned work area.
• Report any and all safety issues immediately to supervisor, team leader, or management staff.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, work rules, safety standards, and housekeeping policies.

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Complete and pass Ventra GR29 LOTO trainings.
• Able to perform in a high‑paced environment.

• Ability to work in cold and hot environments.
• Upper‑body mobility required along with the physical requirements of lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling.
• Must be able to stand 90% of the time.
• Able to lift/carry/move using one or two hands from 1 lb. to 50 lbs.
• Overtime as required.

Must wear required PPE at all times.
