Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain processes
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
