Starting Pay: $23.36/hr. plus $1.00 shift premium

Your Impact on the Floor

As a member of the Plant Services Team, you will ensure our production lines never skip a beat. Your daily mission includes:

• Inventory & Logistics: Organize and put away truck supplies, parts, and raw materials to ensure everything is exactly where it needs to be.
• Facility Pride: Maintaining a clean, safe, and high-functioning environment for your teammates.
• Operational Support: Assisting with hopper management and equipment upkeep to prevent downtime.
• Skill Development: Participating in ongoing training to expand your technical knowledge and grow within the company.
