Paint Technician – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $19.00 Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities- Prepare products by removing grease and dirt
- Select and mix paint to customer specifications
- Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment
- Adjust valves and nozzles for precise paint application
- Clean equipment and brushes using solvents
- Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety regulations and perform preventative maintenance
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Working knowledge of English; able to communicate and follow verbal/written instructions
- Ability to read/interpret drawings, use basic math, and measure with handheld tools
- Experience with basic machine set‑ups
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently
- Stand for entire shift
- Work in environments with dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise
- Willingness to work in various production areas as needed
