The Production Team Leader helps lead daily manufacturing operations at Hope Network Industries by supporting production staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership while helping individuals develop valuable workplace skills in a mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do- Lead and support daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals
- Train, coach, and mentor production workers and trainers to ensure success on the production floor
- Monitor workflow, production rates, and quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Complete production documentation, end-of-shift reports, and maintain accurate production records
- Maintain organized inventory, coordinate materials, and help prevent production downtime
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and 5S initiatives
- Operate production equipment and assist with troubleshooting production challenges
- Collaborate with Production Coordinators and team members to solve problems and improve efficiency
- Positive, dependable leader who enjoys helping others succeed
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Committed to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
- Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with quality and productivity standards
- Ability to perform production worker and trainer responsibilities
- Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
- Ability to work safely while standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to maintain production standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

- Starting pay of $15.00/hour
