- 4547 Wayne Rd - Responsibilities:
Operate one or two pieces of equipment including baler, front-end loader, bobcat, candensifier or forklift to transport or bind paper or other loose materials to facilitate handling;
Sorts and grades material and feeds material into equipment;
Records materials or items received or distributed and marks materials with identifying information;
Maintains inventory records and compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications;
Insures material is fed properly onto conveyor and coordinates flow of material;
Monitors downtime and ensures proper operation of equipment including baler and related alarms;
Performs routine maintenance and daily inspection on equipment (lubricating, fueling, cleaning);
Loads or unloads materials into or out of trailers and railcars and moves material to designated areas;
Inspects and grades wastepaper received at plant and ensures safety policies are followed
