Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grand Rapids that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align forecasts with capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze production performance and make data-driven improvements to scheduling processes.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedules and address potential disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain accurate production schedules in an ERP/MRP system.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production flow.
• Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
