Press Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.50 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
- 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some voluntary overtime offered on Saturday.
- 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM. Voluntary overtime may be available on Fridays.
Press Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and specifications to complete production orders.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Load materials, adjust tooling, and make machine settings as needed.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify quality issues.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.
- Handle materials, remove waste, and support packaging operations.
- Assist with process improvements and new product sample runs.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Press Operator
- Demonstrated proficiency in Material Handling.
- Ability to Set-up press to run various parts.
- A keen eye for making precise adjustments during production to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Must be willing to adhere to clean room dress code.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
