Now Hiring for 2nd Shift Assemblers - $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Bonus contingent upon meeting attendance expectations.

Available Schedules:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM | Starting pay: $21.00/hr

Optional Overtime: Fridays

Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices that impact lives

Quality-First Mindset: Follow FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Procedures (QSPs) to meet the highest product standards

Collaborate as One Rose: Rotate between stations, meet production goals, and support your teammates

Always Improving: Contribute ideas for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Stay Organized: Maintain documentation and a clean, safe work environment

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

Experience in assembly or medical device manufacturing is a plus

Leadership experience is a bonus

Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

A commitment to high-quality work and a positive, ethical work environment
