Manufacturing ​/ Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusting equipment or work practices.
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team.
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 year of leadership experience or a high school diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree.

Salary: $67,512 - $84,390 plus annual target bonus.
