Location:
Walker, MI
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedules: 1st and 2nd Shift
No experience? No problem. Advantage Technical is hiring Assemblers for a major production project with a well-respected defense contractor in Walker, MI — and they're ready to train the right people from the ground up.
- Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies following military-grade standards and detailed work instructions
- Operate equipment including crimp presses, sonic welders, and wire strippers
- Route, wire, and assemble components using wire layout boards
- Perform in-process and final visual/dimensional inspections
- Prep, clean, pot, seal, mark, and install electrical hardware using hand and power tools
- Support engineering on new product introductions and first articles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- No experience or education required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Competitive weekly pay ($20-21/hr) + weekly direct deposit
