Paragon D&E, a family-owned precision tooling manufacturer in Michigan, is seeking an experienced Programmer to optimize machining processes and meet complex customer specs. Depending on your experience, you may join as Programmer I or II, with growth opportunities and hands-on machine support.
You'll partner with schedulers and machinists to reduce setup times, improve safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and 5S. Pay ranges from $29.00 to $37.00 per hour.
