** Position Description and Purpose**:

We currently have Foreman positions available at our locations throughout Grand Rapids.
** As the Foreman you:
*** Train and coach employees
* Manage the production schedule
* Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
* Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas
* Inventory management software maintenance
* Record production data during quality checks
* Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
*
* Required Qualifications:

*** High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
* Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Professionalism and a passion for leadership
* Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus
