MWC is astate of the artcheese and whey production facility in St. Johns, MI. MWC is a joint venture between Glanbia Nutritionals, Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and Select Milk Producers Inc. (Select).

Maintains housekeeping of facility welfare, offices, and support areas.

Responsible for periodic (daily, weekly, and monthly as scheduled) cleaning/housekeeping of:

First Aid Room

Main Office Complex

Employee Break Rooms

Employee Locker Rooms

Employee Entrance Area

Office Area

Milk Receiving, Cheese, Whey, Maintenance, and Warehouse Offices and Welfare Areas

Laboratory and Lab Offices

Office Windows

Blue Hallway Door Thresholds

Stock supplies,monitor levels,prepare an order list for cleaning supplies, GMP gear,and disposable hearing protection.

Performs special tasks as directed by management.

Keepsrecordsin accordance withthegood manufacturing process and local and state laws.

Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses,and upholds the culture ofMWCnon-negotiables.

Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issuedaccordingto the Occupational Safety and Health Act,which applyto his/her own actions and conduct.

Complies withall applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)

Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Provide leadership to others throughexampleandsharing of knowledge/skill.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to prioritize tasks,handle multiple projects simultaneously.
