Key Essential Functions Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)Creating BOLsAssigning trucks to appropriate dock doors

Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities

Checking truck drivers IDsSealing trailers

Creating switcher/shuttle moves

Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda Completing yard/refer checks

Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork

Customer Service Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
