Maxima Tek is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to support operations, improve processes, and help ensure safe, high-quality production.
The role involves day-to-day production support, process analysis, Lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is required and Excel proficiency is expected.
