1St Shift Service Packaging Specialist

• 1. Responsible for SQDIP expectations for packaging metrics and able to present actual results
• 2. Organize pick tickets and match them up to service repair units that need to be sent out daily.
• 3. Maintain organized housekeeping of all goods and storage areas. Keep work area clean and orderly.
• 4. Verify serial numbers match equipment and pick tickets before packaging.
• 5. Use Oracle when necessary to create labels.
• 6. Process pickers and deliver product to the appropriate departments.
• 7. Maintain a high level of quality during for all packaging processes and ensure that all products are sent to customers correctly.
• 8. Report operational problems, breakdown of equipment and any safety hazards to supervisory personnel.
• 9. Adhere to all packaging work instructions and notify supervisory personnel when out of date.
• 10. Job functions include but are not limited to those listed.
• 11. Maintain boxes inventory quantities levels by utilizing the KB process as needed and communicate to supervisor when inventory is low.
• 12. Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data entry.
• 13. Support production packaging as needed.
• 14. Support receiving in receiving customers repairs as needed.

General Requirements:

• 1. High School Diploma or GED.
• 2. Basic computer skills required.
• 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 4. Attention to details and accurate counting abilities.
• 5. Meet corporate requirements for fork-lift license after 90 days.
• 6. Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• 7. Ability to stand and walk 100% of the day.
• 8. Ability to effectively perform the above-mentioned essential job functions.
• 9. Typing Skills (at least 60 words /Min)
