A well established and growing precision manufacturing company with a strong reputation across aerospace is hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join their production team. This is a team that cares about their people and invests in coaching, training, and long term growth.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift
• Afternoon Shift

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Troubleshoot setup and process issues quickly to keep production moving
• Read blueprints, schematics, and GD&T to ensure parts meet spec
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify quality
• Maintain equipment and keep your work area clean and organized

What You Bring:

• Experience operating CNC equipment, Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn style lathe experience a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and apply geometric tolerancing
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift and work well in a team environment
