CNC Lathe Machinist – 2nd Shift (Chesterfield, MI)

Entech Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for a manufacturing client in Chesterfield, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CNC machining experience who are looking to grow with a stable company.

This role is primarily focused on CNC machining rather than assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes and be comfortable making CNC controller offset adjustments, with occasional manual adjustments as needed.

• Experience operating CNC Lathes
• Knowledge of CNC controller offsets
• Ability to perform occasional manual machine adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing or machining experience preferred

Training

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• $18.50/hour (includes a $0.50/hour shift premium during training)

Regular Schedule (After Training):

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• $19.00/hour (includes a $1.00/hour shift premium)
