Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18 per hour

** Shift:*
* ** 5:45am-6:00pm, rotating 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend required)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and monitor machine cycles

+ Manually restart machines after each run, ensuring continuous operation

+ Safely handle plastic rolls using a control arm, avoiding heavy lifting

+ Maintain production rates and ensure steady workflow

+ Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong and consistent work history with no significant gaps (resume required)

+ Excellent attendance record; reliability is critical

+ Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

+ Attention to detail and ability to keep up with production pace

+ Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends
