Integrity Trade Services is recruiting experienced CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MI. If you’re confident setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, making program adjustments, and holding tight tolerances, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $24–$30/hour, based on experience
Plus: Shift differential
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Position: Direct Hire

Looking for a schedule that works for you? Choose from:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 PM–6:00 AM
• Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday–Sunday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Overtime as needed

This is more than loading parts and pressing cycle start. We’re looking for machinists who can take ownership of the process.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Set tooling, load materials, and complete machine setups
• Make real-time G-code/program adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
• Run multiple machines while meeting production goals
• Read blueprints and work with GD&T
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and CMM equipment
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues
• Perform basic preventative maintenance
• Deburr and complete minor part rework as needed
• Enter production information and track jobs using Job Boss
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and processes

If you know your way around a CNC machine and take pride in producing precision parts, you may be exactly who we need.

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes
• Understanding of X, Y, and Z axes, edge pickup, and centerline pickup
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Advanced precision measuring and inspection skills
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Industrial math and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet ITAR eligibility requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Comfortable with repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, and grasping
• Ability to visually inspect precision components for small defects

• $24–$30/hour based on experience
