Overview
Duffield Lane is looking for a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing efforts across all areas of the marketing spectrum. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of brand marketing while working closely with a fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work directly alongside the Marketing Manager, owning execution-heavy tasks that keep campaigns moving while gaining hands-on experience across nearly every marketing channel.

Email Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing email campaigns
- Design and build in-house emails and manage approval feedback
- Assist with wholesale email communications as needed
Paid Media Support
- Assist with ad organization, asset management, and creative versioning
- Support ad copy drafting and revisions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Photoshoots
- Support photoshoot preparation
- Assist with post-shoot organization
Product Drops & Launches
- Write and upload product descriptions
- Apply product tags and upload product photography
- Merchandise products for new launches and collections
Social Media
- Manage the brand’s social media content calendar
- Write on-brand copy and schedule content across social platforms
- Support the execution of Instagram and Tik Tok content
Special Projects
- Build and update line sheets for the wholesale team
- Communicate with external agencies and participate in weekly calls
- Share recaps following calls
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
