Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Tik Tok Shop clients, aligning on goals and performance Partner with internal teams to manage product seeding, campaign rollout, and in-platform optimizations Track campaign KPIs and GMV, providing insights and escalating risks as needed
Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in account management, influencer/social commerce, or performance marketing Hands-on Tik Tok Shop experience (minimum 6-12 months) managing product, affiliate, or creator workflows Ability to manage multiple work streams and synthesize data effectively Strong proactive and analytical skills, with a focus on platform-native commerce A high standard of performance and a desire to grow into a senior client leader role
