You’ll have responsibility for developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including:

• Google Business Profile optimization
• Online review strategy and reputation management
• Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• Pay‑Per‑Click campaign management and vendor oversight
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms)
• Website management and ongoing improvements
• Social media strategy and content creation
• Email marketing campaigns
• Community outreach and local events
• Referral and customer loyalty programs
• Property manager and commercial partner communications
• Marketing analytics and reporting
• Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Increase qualified leads
• Improve conversion rates
• Grow our online reputation
• Become the #1 plumbing company consumers find online
• Expand successfully into new markets
• Strengthen relationships with commercial and residential customers
• Create innovative campaigns competitors haven’t thought of yet

Preferred experience with:

• Google Business Profile
• Google Local Services Ads
• Google Ads
• SEO
• AI‑driven search optimization
• Website management
• Word Press or similar CMS
• Social media management
• Email marketing platforms
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Graphic design platforms (Canva or Adobe)
• CRM or Service Titan experience is a plus

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
