Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

NOXX Cannabis is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing campaigns, creative assets, email and SMS marketing, third-party platforms, and promotional events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter with strong communication skills. Hybrid position based in Grand Rapids, MI.

• Develop creative assets for email, SMS, print, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage third-party marketing platforms, including Weedmaps, Leafly, and similar platforms.
• Create and coordinate email and SMS campaigns in collaboration with the Inventory team.
• Develop automated campaigns to increase Google Reviews, recover abandoned carts, and improve average customer spending.
• Research, plan, and execute marketing events and activations.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports to support day-to-day business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in an evolving environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and execute tasks hands-on.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in Grand Rapids, MI. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, including troubleshooting online promotions and POS deals.
