Our teams specialize in long-term care, fostering connections with patients, families, and friends in a homelike atmosphere. We strive to exceed regulatory standards in staffing levels and quality scores. The facility opened in May 2024 and is designed as a welcoming environment where residents can thrive. Features include modern furnishings, four internal courtyards (one exclusive for team members), a community dining room, an onsite art room, and a dialysis den.

Registered Nurse (RN)
Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds ANA standards of professional performance, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician and in collaboration with other health care team members, contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Informs patients and families about treatments, medications, equipment, and other related activities in coordination with the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician. Documents care provided via computer/written patient records in a manner consistent with guidelines.

- MI Registered Nurse (RN)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
LPN

- Associates in Nursing or Graduate from LPN Program
- MI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
