• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Michigan RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Psychiatric RN or in a mental health nursing role
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

• Deliver direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in the mental health unit
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
• Provide education, crisis intervention, and emotional support to patients and families
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for all patients
