RN Unit Manager - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Grand Rapids, MI)

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who coordinates clinical care for an assigned unit within our 24‑hour operation, ensuring consistent, high‑quality care for all residents. You will assess needs, implement care plans, and lead a strong interdisciplinary team.
Earnings and Benefits- Starting salary up to $90,000 per year

- Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.)
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with residents, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan; current CPR certification
- High level of analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans and solving problems related to well‑being
- Excellent customer service skills and dedication to delivering passionate, innovative care
- Team player committed to supporting team members and getting the job done
