On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse; RN

On-Call Hospice Nurse Join our growing, nurse-led hospice (80% SNF population). We are a nurse-led company.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. This field-based role provides critical after-hours support to hospice patients and families in their homes and care facilities.
7 on/7 off schedule.

Job Summary:
The On-Call RN provides responsive, skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients during evenings, nights, and weekends. You'll support patients and families with symptom management, crisis response, and emotional support during vulnerable times, collaborating with the broader hospice team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
• At least 1 year of RN hospice experience preferred
