• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – Michigan RN license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing, mental health nursing, or behavioral health
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
• Administer psychiatric medications and monitor patient responses
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately document progress
• Provide patient and family education, crisis intervention, and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in accordance with mental health nursing best practices
