• Full Time: 2nd Shift
• 8‑Hour Shifts
• 39‑Bed Facility
• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour Hero Pay

• Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Support and supervise nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and well‑being

• Active LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
  
  Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
