Job Title:

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hrs/week, opportunity for extra shifts up to 48 hrs)
Weekend:
Every other weekend | On-Call:
None

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health experience (Required)

• Active RN license

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans with the care team.

• Provide and coordinate nursing care while monitoring patient safety.

• Document patient information and report changes in patient condition.

• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning.

• Maintain a safe and patient-centered care environment.

• May assist with staff coordination and function as a charge nurse when needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health experience (Required)
Active RN license
