Our Skilled Nursing team provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• $32.15 - $34.15 per hour based on experience

• 12 hour shifts – midnights available
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the CNA team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passion, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
