Substance Use Detox & Residential – Per Diem RN
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Per Diem (as needed)
Join our Detox & Residential team providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Per Diem RNs support patient stabilization, withdrawal management, and ongoing recovery in a structured residential setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
- Provide and coordinate detox and residential nursing care
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and communicate with providers
- Support a safe, therapeutic environment
- Document patient care per policy
- Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
- Active Michigan RN license
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
- Strong assessment and crisis-management skills
- Access to Employee Assistance Program
