• Starting wage $19.65 (new starting rate!)
• Plus $2.00 per hour shift premiums for 2nd or 3rd shift

• 8‑hour shifts
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available – all shifts

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide. Activities include bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program and passed the test.
• Current nursing assistant (CNA) certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
