Critical Illness Recovery Hospital

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan (5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital)

New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Night shift

Hours: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

Sign On Bonus: $15,000

Pay: Starting at $38.64 per hour;

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans and follow‑up care for the patient population.
  • Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients’ and families’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
  • Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans, including problem identification, diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that medical record documentation is complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Valid state RN license required.
  • BLS certification required at hire.
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling to meet program requirements.
