Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You are empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $36.00–$40.00 per hour based on years of certification
• Hero pay $3.40 per hour
• Shift premium $5.00 per hour for 7 PM–7 AM shifts
• Sign‑on bonus $15,000 (paid monthly: $1,250 each month for 12 months)

• Full time or part time; all shifts include rotating weekends & holidays
• Nights available – 12‑hour shifts

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction and assignments, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy healing environment.

• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher.
• Analytical skills to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to challenging problems concerning patient well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
