Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• LPN Starting wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay.

• 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Full‑time or part‑time available.
• Days or midnights available.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, foster a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

• Current license to practice as an LPN Practical Nurse in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
