Position: RN Home Care Allegan County

Sign‑on Bonus: up to $10,000.

Overview

The Visiting Nurses Association Home Care Skilled Nursing Team serves the West‑Central areas of Michigan, including Allegan County. This autonomous RN position allows you to provide care to patients in their homes, visiting between 5‑7 patients per shift across regions such as Ludington, Baldwin, Nunica, Kent County, Ottawa County, and Gun Lake.

Scope of Work

Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the RN uses clinical judgment to assess, monitor, and implement treatment plans, preventing physiological complications associated with specific health problems or medical treatment.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s in Nursing required.
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing required within 5 years.
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • MI Driver’s License required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.

SITE - Continuing Care - 1239 E Beltline Ave NE - Grand Rapids.
