This small outpatient practice provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains appropriate medical infrastructure to support quality patient care delivery within the primary care framework.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing 14-18 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include delivering bread and butter primary care services with potential for call coverage. The clinician will utilize Epic EMR for documentation and maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with facility staff to ensure quality patient care delivery.
