Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Carthage, NY
Openings: 3:00 – 11:00 and 11:00 – 7:00 shifts. Full‑time and part‑time available.

- Two‑tiered insurance plan:
Medical and Dental - Tuition reimbursement program
- Collect required information from new residents for admission
- Record residents’ health details, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
- Help residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food, liquid intake, and output
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN state license
- In good standing with the state registry
