Signature Orthopedics by Sheridan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our newly opened orthopedic clinic in Grand Rapids. Signature Orthopedics by Sheridan is part of Sheridan Community Hospital
, a trusted community-based healthcare organization. We are expanding specialty services into the Grand Rapids area to provide accessible, high-quality orthopedic care with a strong focus on patient experience and teamwork.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of providers and RNs
• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medical history review
• Assist providers with orthopedic exams and procedures
• Support injections, splinting, dressing changes, and patient preparation
• Administer medications within LPN scope of practice
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Coordinate patient flow, referrals, and follow-up care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and care instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Support a positive, patient-centered clinic experience

• Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
• Orthopedic experience not required—training provided
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional approach
