About the Role
Join our Dimondale Nursing Care Center team! Our Nurse Aides are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. You will build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues while assisting with activities of daily living. CNAs play a vital role in monitoring changes in mood and behavior, helping the clinical team identify potential medical issues. Our CNA team is a fundamental and valuable component of the clinical nursing team.
We are a 10+ year old facility with an experienced leadership team, limited mandating, and a vibrant, friendly “family” atmosphere.
Pay and BenefitsPay ranges from $19.15 to $26.90 per hour based on years of certification, plus $3.40 per hour hero pay and $0.75–$1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Annual wage increases are provided.

- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium)
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventive care, mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- Record and report nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
- Completion of a state‑approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
