About the Position

Our Visiting Nurses Association is our Home Care Skilled Nursing Team for West‑Central areas of Michigan. We are accepting applications from experienced RN’s, LPN's and new grads. For experienced RN’s this is an autonomous position that allows you to use all of your nursing skills and critical thinking while providing care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in home settings, visiting 5‑7 patients per shift.
• Assess, monitor, detect, plan, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Nursing Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Use clinical judgment to prevent physiological complications related to specific health problems or medical treatment.
• Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and safety regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Michigan Driver’s License.
• Active Michigan Nursing license (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse).
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC required within 90days).
• Valid RN certificate or LPN qualification. Experience preferred.
