Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct care as well as delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence; manage patient care; improve quality of care; establish professional relationships; and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Additionally, supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
- Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- ACLS and BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred; other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients
