As a Hospice CNA you will provide paraprofessional services to the organization's home care clients as developed by the primary nurse and as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, and any other regulations defining home health aide / hospice aide services.

Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Michigan
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to provide proof of car insurance and vehicle registration
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health (preferred).
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.
