Nurse Tech

Corewell Health -  - Responsibilities:
Act as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider;
Perform basic skills per department guidelines and communicate observations to the health care team;
Collect and report physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with and as delineated by the RN or Provider;
Take vitals, check blood sugars, bed bath, ambulate, wound care, catheterization and act as a safety attendant for patients;
Ensure that the required documentation is performed in an accurate and timely manner
